Our mission is to honor our ancestors through elevation and reverence, and to serve our community in a way that help others honor their own practices and lineage. Through ancestral wisdom, we support personal elevation and transformation as well as the strengthening of our communities connection with themselves their practices and their ancestors.

We do this by serving our community carefully prepared offerings, created with respect for the work, the practitioner, and the process. We aim to provide tools that can be engaged with consciously and worked with deliberately.

Working Essentials are available on an ongoing basis. Please refer to our Ordering & Delivery page for details on processing days and delivery schedules.  

 Once an item sells out, it becomes unavailable until the next preparation cycle or restock. Customers may subscribe to updates or use the “Notify when back in stock” option to be alerted when the item becomes available again. 

 Our offerings are prepared in intentional cycles. Limited availability allows us to maintain quality, consistency, and care throughout the preparation process.

 A waitlist is a notification list that lets you know when preorders open. Joining a waitlist does not reserve or guarantee an item.

To join, subscribe to our notifications and select the waitlist option available on our website when an offering is in preparation.

 Preorders typically remain open for 48–72 hours or until quantities are reached. 

Orders are delivered on scheduled delivery days and will depend on when your order was placed. Check out our ordering and delivery page for our current delivery schedule. 

At this time, we do not offer custom or rush orders. This helps preserve the integrity and pacing of our work. 

However if you have any suggestions for offerings you would like to see, please contact us via email with your needs. 

 A minimum order allows us to continue offering carefully prepared items while honoring time, labor, and energy. 

Due to the nature of our offerings, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We encourage customers to review item descriptions carefully and reach out with any questions prior to ordering. 

Periodically we will open up scheduling for service to the community with custom fixed baths candles and consultations but we are not currently offering this.
